We loved our stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully remodeled. It was obvious that a lot of care had been taken to make everything look cute and inviting. The hotel staff, particularly Val, was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local activities. We highly recommend buying soak tickets to Paloma Hot Springs, they were the best and most unique springs we've ever experienced. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown and close to everything you could want. it was a fantastic, friendly, and fun experience.

Early check-in, clean rooms, amazing inclusive food options - Turkish, international, sushi. Helpful multilingual staff, great drinks, and camaraderie. Well-stocked gift shop for essentials, birthday surprises. My new favorite hotel in Turkey.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with restaurants and bars just across the promenade. The spa area was great, and we loved being able to change towels at set times. The beautiful beach was right on our doorstep. Our room was spacious and modern, with a mini bar and coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were attentive and made us feel special. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the view from our room was stunning. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch.
One small downside was that the service for drinks around the pool could have been better.

This hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive experience with impeccable service. the spa treatments are top-notch with a beautiful spa lounge and heated swimming pool. the restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus, and the snack bar by the pool is a great addition. the beach access is breathtaking with beach umbrellas and sun loungers available.
The entertainment could be improved with more options available throughout the day, but this is a minor issue considering the overall quality of the hotel experience. We highly recommend this venue for its luxurious amenities and excellent service.
